Accessing campaigns from the Customer Modal allows you to view and manage all marketing campaigns associated with a specific customer. This helps you track campaign involvement, monitor engagement, and better understand how the customer interacts with your marketing efforts.
Follow these steps to access campaigns from the Customer Modal: 
Step 1: Customer modals can be accessed anywhere on the site where a customer’s name appears, such as in the Contacts section.

Step 2: Click on the customer’s name.

Step 3: The Customer Modal will appear. Click the Campaigns tab, located under the Notes & Tasks tab.

Step 4: All campaigns that the customer is part of will appear, and you can view their details.
