Overview: 

Accessing Card on File in the Customer Hub allows users to view and manage their saved payment methods. This section provides details such as card type, expiration date, and billing information, enabling customers to update, add, or remove payment methods securely for future transactions.

Follow these steps to access the card on file in the Customer Hub: 

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Orders tab under the Sales section.

Step 3: Click the Order ID, Total Amount, Number of Items, Order Date, Payment Method, or Pay Status to open the Order Summary for that order.

Step 4: You will now see the Order Summary. Under the Customer section, click the three-dot menu and select Open Customer Hub.

Step 5: A new window will open with the Customer Hub. Here, you can access the customer’s profile, orders, invoices, subscriptions, and card on file.

Step 6: Click on the Card on the File tab.

Step 7: Here, you can view the customer’s card on file. You can add a new card, edit or delete an existing card, or mark one as the backup card.
