Overview:
Accessing Communication Settings allows you to manage how messages and interactions are handled within the system. This section helps you configure preferences for emails, SMS, and other communication channels to ensure effective and consistent communication.
Follow these steps to access Communication Settings:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Click on Communications Settings to continue.
Step 4: You will be taken to the Communications Settings. It’s basically where you configure all communication channels, rules, and preferences so you can interact with customers effectively.
