Accessing courses from the Customer Modal allows you to view and manage all courses associated with a specific customer. This helps you track enrollment, monitor progress, and keep learning-related records organized in one place.

Follow these steps to access courses from the Customer Modal: 

Step 1: Customer modals can be accessed anywhere on the site where a customer’s name appears, such as in the Contacts section.

Step 2: Click on the customer’s name.

Step 3: The Customer Modal will appear. Click the Courses tab, located under the Services tab.
