Accessing Forms Filled from the Customer Modal

Overview: 

Accessing forms filled from the Customer Modal allows you to view all form submissions associated with a specific customer. This helps you review collected data, track responses, and better understand customer information in one place.

Follow these steps to access forms filled from the Customer Modal: 

Step 1: Customer modals can be accessed anywhere on the site where a customer’s name appears, such as in the Contacts section.

Step 2: Click on the customer’s name.

Step 3: The Customer Modal will appear. Click the Forms Filled tab under the Purchases tab.

Step 4: From here, you can view the forms the customer has filled out and their details.
