Overview:
Accessing Integrations allows you to view and manage external applications and services connected to the system. This section helps you enable, configure, and monitor integrations to ensure seamless data flow and improved functionality across platforms.
Follow these steps to access Integrations:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Integrations to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Integrations section. Integrations refer to connecting your CRM system with other apps or tools so they can share data and work together automatically.
