Overview:
Accessing Lists allows you to view and manage organized groups of records within the system. This section helps you filter, sort, and access data efficiently for better organization and workflow management.
Follow these steps to access Lists:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate to the Settings page.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Click on Lists to continue.
Step 4: You will be taken to the Lists section. This section lets you organize and group contacts based on criteria such as behavior, tags, or status, making it easy to manage, segment, and target your audience effectively.
