Accessing media from the Customer Modal allows you to view and manage files, images, and other media associated with a specific customer. This helps you keep all related assets organized and easily accessible for reference and communication.

Follow these steps to access media from the Customer Modal: 

Step 1: Customer modals can be accessed anywhere on the site where a customer’s name appears, such as in the Contacts section.

Step 2: Click on the customer’s name.

Step 3: The Customer Modal will appear. Click the Media tab, located under the Campaigns tab.
