Overview:
Accessing Provision Identities allows you to view and manage identity provisioning settings within the system. This section helps you control how user identities are created, updated, and maintained across connected services or applications.
Follow these steps to access Provision Identities:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Click on Communications Settings to continue.
Step 4: You will be taken to the Communications Settings.
Step 5: Click on Provision Identities to access the section.
Step 6: You will be redirected to the Communication Provision Identities tab.
