Accessing purchases from the Customer Modal allows you to view a customer’s transaction history, including products or services they have bought. This helps you track purchase behavior, manage orders, and provide better customer support.

Follow these steps to access purchases from the Customer Modal: 

Step 1: Customer modals can be accessed anywhere on the site where a customer’s name appears, such as in the Contacts section.

Step 2: Click on the customer’s name.

Step 3: The Customer Modal will appear. Click the Purchases tab under the Appointments tab.
