Overview: 

Accessing Subscriptions in the Customer Hub allows users to view and manage all their active and past subscription plans. This section provides details such as subscription type, start and end dates, billing cycles, and status, helping customers track and manage recurring services efficiently.

Follow these steps to access subscriptions in the Customer Hub: 

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Orders tab under the Sales section.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Orders tab.

Step 3: Click the Order ID, Total Amount, Number of Items, Order Date, Payment Method, or Pay Status to open the Order Summary for that order.

Step 4: You will now see the Order Summary. Under the Customer section, click the three-dot menu and select Open Customer Hub.

Step 5: A new window will open with the Customer Hub. Here, you can access the customer’s profile, orders, invoices, subscriptions, and card on file.

Step 6: Click on the Subscriptions tab.

Step 7: Here, you can view the customer’s subscriptions. Click See Details to view the subscriptions in more detail.
