Overview:
Accessing Tasks from Notes lets you quickly view and manage tasks that were created from or linked to your notes. This helps you track action items, stay organized, and ensure that important follow-ups are completed efficiently.
Follow these steps to access tasks from notes:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Notes tab under the Customers section.
Step 2: Click the ‘All Notes’ icon, and a drop-down menu will appear with an option to go directly to the Tasks section.
Step 3: You are now in the Tasks section.
