Overview:
Accessing Templates allows you to view and manage pre-designed formats used for forms, messages, or other system content. This helps streamline creation processes and ensures consistency across different materials.
Follow these steps to access Templates:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Templates to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Templates section. This section allows you to manage text and email templates. You can also manage voice messages and staff and partner onboarding SMS.
