Overview:
Accessing the Twilio 10DLC section allows you to view and manage your 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging setup for compliant SMS communication. This helps ensure your messaging campaigns meet regulatory requirements and maintain reliable message delivery.
Follow these steps to access the Twilio 10DLC:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Twilio 10 DLC to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Twilio Trust Center Onboarding section. This refers to the setup and compliance process required when your CRM integrates with Twilio, a platform used for sending SMS, voice, and other communication services.
