Overview:
Accessing the virtual terminal allows you to manually process payments, such as entering card details to complete transactions on behalf of customers. This helps handle phone or in-person orders, ensuring flexibility and efficient payment processing.
Follow these steps to access the virtual terminal:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section.
Step 2: Click on the Virtual Terminal tab under the Sales section to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be navigated to the Virtual Terminal. Virtual Terminal is a secure interface that allows you to manually process payments without needing a physical card reader or point-of-sale device. It is commonly used for remote or assisted transactions.
