Overview: 

Activating or deactivating a trigger allows you to control whether automated actions in your system are currently in effect. This helps you manage workflows, pause or enable specific automations, and maintain flexibility in how triggers respond to events.

Follow these steps to activate or deactivate a trigger:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Gift Cards tab under the Sales section.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Gift Cards tab.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Gift Cards Orders section, where you will see the Trigger column.

Step 4: Click the purple lightning bolt icon to deactivate the trigger.

Step 5: A pop-up will appear asking if you want to deactivate the trigger. Click Yes if you are sure.

Step 6: Your trigger is now deactivated. The icon will turn grey when deactivated. To reactivate it, click the grey icon.
