Overview:
Activating or Deactivating a Trigger allows users to control whether a specific automation trigger is currently operational. Activating a trigger enables it to automatically perform its defined actions, while deactivating it temporarily pauses the automation without deleting the trigger.
Follow these steps to activate or deactivate a trigger:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Triggers tab under the Marketing section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Triggers tab.
Step 3: Select an existing trigger, then toggle the switch on or off to activate or deactivate it.
Step 4: A pop-up notification will appear, confirming that the trigger status has been updated successfully.
