Overview: 

Adding an offline payment method allows you to accept payments outside of digital or online channels, such as cash, checks, or bank transfers. This helps provide flexibility for customers, expand payment options, and accurately track offline transactions in your system.

Follow these steps to add an offline payment method:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section and click on Settings.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Ecommerce Settings tab.

Step 3: Click on Payments to navigate.

Step 5: Scroll down and click + Add Another Offline Payment Method to proceed.

Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the payment method title, description, and optional instructions.
