Adding a Delay to a Trigger allows users to set a specific time interval between when a trigger condition is met and when its associated action is executed. This helps control the timing of automated actions, such as sending emails or updating records, for more strategic and effective workflows.

Follow these steps to add a delay to a trigger: 

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Triggers tab under the Marketing section.

Step 3: Select an existing trigger, then click Edit to proceed.

Step 7: To add a delay to your trigger, toggle the switch on to proceed.

Step 8: You can then choose between Minute Later, Hour Later, and Day Later. Once you’ve picked one, proceed to enter the numbers to finalize your delay.
