Adding module or step automations allows you to set up automatic actions that occur when a learner interacts with a specific module or lesson. Examples include sending notifications, unlocking the next module, or triggering follow-up actions. This helps guide learners through the course, improves engagement, and ensures a smooth, automated learning experience.

Follow these steps to add module/step automations:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Courses tab under the Marketing section.

Step 2: Select a course, then click the three-dot menu. A pop-up menu will appear—click Edit Course.

Step 3: Click Automations in the sidebar.

Step 4: Click the plus sign icon under the module/step automations to add a new automation.

Step 5: Set up a new trigger by selecting whether it occurs when a module is completed or when a step is completed, then choose the corresponding module or step.

Step 6: Click Do This to add an action. You can choose actions such as sending an email reply, sending an SMS reply, adding tags, removing tags, assigning a user, or moving to a pipeline/stage. Then just click the done button.
