Adding SMS to a message sequence allows you to include text messages as part of your automated communication flow. This helps you reach contacts quickly, improve engagement, and deliver timely updates alongside other messages in the sequence.

Follow these steps to add SMS to a message sequence:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Campaigns tab under the Marketing section.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to Campaigns.

Step 3: Select a draft campaign, then click Edit.

Step 5: Click Messaging to navigate.

Step 6: You will then be taken to the Message Sequence. From here, you can add your SMS.

Step 7: Scroll down and click the + Add SMS button to continue.

Step 8: Once selected, the SMS canvas opens, where you can compose your SMS.

Step 9: You can also add a trigger to your SMS and set a delay as needed.
