Adding Steps to a Funnel allows users to expand a funnel by including additional stages or actions. This enables the creation of a complete workflow for guiding leads or users through a sequence, helping improve conversions and maintain a structured funnel process.

Follow these steps to add steps to a funnel: 

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Funnels tab under the Marketing section.

Step 2: You will then be taken to the Funnels page.

Step 3: Select a funnel, then click the Edit button to proceed.

Step 5: Click + Add New Step below the existing funnel steps.

Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the step name.
