Assigning a User to a Task lets you designate responsibility for completing a specific task to a team member. This ensures accountability, clarifies ownership, and helps track progress efficiently within your workflow.

Follow these steps to assign a user to a task:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Tasks tab under the Customers section.

Step 3: Select a task and click on the three-dot menu to reveal additional options, such as Edit Task and Delete. From here, click on the Edit Task button.

Step 4: Alternatively, hover over the task title and click it to edit.

Step 6: Click on the Assigned To icon.

Step 8: You can select all tasks by clicking on the Select All checkbox.
