Overview:
Changing and Understanding Views (Card and List) in the All Media Section allows users to switch between Card View and List View for browsing media files. Card View provides a visual layout with thumbnails for easier recognition, while List View offers a detailed, organized format for sorting, filtering, and managing media efficiently.
Follow these steps to change and understand views in the All Media section:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the All Media tab under the Marketing section.
Step 2: You will then be taken to the All Media page.
Step 3: You can navigate to different media sections from Card View by clicking the buttons above.
Step 4: Below the navigation buttons, you will find the filtering options.
Step 5: The next options are Sorting and Layout View. Sort your media from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest, and use the Media Layout View to switch between Card and List views.
Step 6: To switch views, select the List View button.
Step 7: You will then be navigated to the All Media List View.
Step 8: Above the media preview, you can see the total number of media uploaded. You can also access the Columns, Density, and Filtering options.
Step 9: You can also access the Smart Views and Exporting options.
