Changing Task Priority lets you adjust the importance or urgency of a task, such as marking it as high, medium, or low priority. This helps you and your team focus on the most critical tasks first and manage workloads more effectively.

Follow these steps to change a task’s priority:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Tasks tab under the Customers section.

Step 3: Select a task and click on the three-dot menu to reveal additional options, such as Edit Task and Delete. From here, click on the Edit Task button.

Step 4: Or hover over the task title and click it to edit.
