Overview:
Configuring online appointment rules allows you to set guidelines for how appointments are scheduled within the system. This helps control availability, booking limits, and scheduling conditions to ensure efficient and organized appointment management.
Follow these steps to configure online appointment rules:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be navigated to the Settings page. Click on Calendar Settings to continue.
Step 4: You will be taken to the Calendar Settings.
Step 5: Click the collapse icon for Online Appointment Rules to display the content.
Step 6: You can then begin configuring your Online Appointment Rules.
Step 7: You can set the appointment lead time from 10 minutes up to 1 hour.
Step 8: Next is the appointment search limit per day. You can adjust the limit using the “–” and “+” buttons.
Step 9: Moving forward, the search appointment interval allows you to set the time from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 10: Lastly, the maximum number of appointments per day. You can set it from no limit to 50.
Step 11: Once everything is set, click Save to proceed.
Step 12: A pop-up window will appear confirming that the appointment rules have been updated successfully.
