Connect Authorize.net to Deposyt CRM

You will need your API Login ID, Transaction Key, and Public Key.

1. Generate Your Keys in Authorize.net

• Log in to your Authorize.net account.
• Click “Account” on the left-hand side.
• Select “Account and API Settings”.
• Click “API Credentials and Keys”.

To create a Transaction Key:

• Click “Generate New Transaction Key.”
• You will receive a passcode via email or text.
• Enter the code and click Confirm.
• Copy the Transaction Key and save it in a document.
• Click “Done.”

To get your API Login ID:

• You will see your API Login ID on the same page.
• Copy it and save it in a document.

To create a Public Key:

• Click “Generate New Public Client Key.”
• You will receive a passcode via email or text.
• Enter the code and click Confirm.
• Copy the Public Client Key and save it in a document.
• Click “Done.”

2. Adjust Settings in Authorize.net

• Click “Account” on the left-hand side.
• Select “Account and API Settings.”

Advanced Fraud Detection Suite:

• Click “Advanced Fraud Detection Suite Settings.”
• Scroll down to “Transaction Settings.”
• Click “Configure” next to “Enhanced AVS Handling Filter.”
• Keep “B” set to Decline and allow “E–S.”
• Scroll down and click “Save.”
• Click the “<” icon to go back.

Time Zone:

• Scroll down and click “Time Zone.”
• Set it to your local time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Arizona, etc.).
• Click “Save.”
• Click the “<” icon to go back.

Transaction Cut-off Time:

• Scroll to “Transaction Settings.”
• Click “Transaction Cut-off Time.”
• Set the time as follows:
  • Eastern – 11:40 PM
  • Central – 10:40 PM
  • Mountain – 9:40 PM
  • Pacific & Arizona – 8:40 PM

3. Connect Authorize.net to Deposyt CRM

• Go to “Settings” in the bottom-left corner of Deposyt CRM.
• Click “Payments.”
• Click “Connect” next to Authorize.net.
• Enter the keys you saved earlier.
• Click “Connect.”
