Overview: 

Creating a list allows you to organize and group records based on specific criteria within the system. This helps improve data management, making it easier to filter, track, and access relevant information efficiently.
Follow these steps to create a list: 
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate to the Settings page.

Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Click on Lists to continue.

Step 5: To create a new list, click the + Create List button.

Step 6: You will be directed to a new screen. Input the List name and click next.

Step 7: You can import your own contacts by clicking Import Contacts on the upper right side.

Step 8: Alternatively, you can add your existing contacts by selecting their checkboxes.

Step 9: Click the + Add Contacts button to add them to your list.

Step 10: From here, you can further edit your list by adding quick actions. When you are done, click the Save & Exit button.
