Create a New Round Robin Appointment Type

Step 4: A pop-up appears, allowing you to add or remove users who are part of the event. Click Update when you’re done.

Step 5: Fill in the details, including whether the appointment type is free or paid, creating a public name and private name, assigning it to a folder, setting the location, and adding a description.

Step 8: Now you can customize your availability by setting a date range, event duration, and choosing your availability for each host, either by using your existing schedule or setting custom hours.

Step 9: Continue by setting a buffer time before or after the appointment. You can also add additional rules for your availability. When done, click Next.

Step 11: You can customize the notifications and cancellation policy. Toggle email and text reminders on or off, add an email follow-up, and set your cancellation policy. When done, click Next.

Step 12: Customize actions after submission by choosing what happens immediately after booking completion, such as showing a video on the confirmation page, assigning to a user, or adding automations. When done, click Finish to finalize your Round Robin appointment type.
