Creating a New Task allows you to add and assign work items within the system. This helps you organize responsibilities, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Follow these steps to create a new task:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Tasks tab under the Customers section.

Step 3: Click the + Task to proceed.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to configure your task. You can enter a task title and add a description if needed. You can also add subtasks and set the task status.

Step 6: It also allows you to assign a user to your task, set a due date, mark its priority, add the task to a folder, and use the speech-to-text feature.
