Overview: 

Creating a campaign allows you to design and launch marketing or engagement initiatives to communicate with your audience. This involves setting up the campaign type, content, target audience, schedule, and any automation to ensure effective delivery and tracking.

Follow these steps to create a campaign:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Campaigns tab under the Marketing section.

Step 3: Enter your new campaign title, assign a folder, and click Next.

Step 4: Add email or SMS to your message sequence. You can also insert a template or use AI to generate your email or SMS. Then click next.

Step 5: Add your contacts by pipeline/stage, by tags, by list, or simply add individual contacts. Then click next.

Step 6: Preview the campaign and check for any changes you want to make. If no changes are needed, click Next to continue.

Step 7: Set your launch date and time, then click the Set Launch Date button.

Step 9: A pop-up appears to confirm if you want to launch now. Click the Confirm button to proceed.
