Creating a new gift card allows you to offer a prepaid credit that customers can use for purchases. This helps boost sales, attract new customers, and provide flexible gifting options for your store.

Follow these steps to create a new gift card:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Gift Cards tab under the Sales section.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Gift Cards tab.

Step 3: Click the + New Gift Card button to create a new gift card.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear, where you can select the region, set the gift card amount, toggle expiry date on or off, enter the receiver’s email address, and add a personal message.
