Overview:
Deleting a gift card order allows you to remove an order that was created in error or is no longer needed. This helps keep your gift card records organized and ensures that only valid orders remain in your system.
Follow these steps to delete a gift card order:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Gift Cards tab under the Sales section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Gift Cards tab.
Step 3: Click the three-dot menu on the gift card order, and a Delete option will appear.
Step 4: A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete. Click the Yes, Delete button to confirm.
