Deleting an existing discount allows you to remove promotions that are no longer needed or active. This helps keep your discount list organized and ensures customers only see current and valid offers.

Follow these steps to delete an existing discount:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section and click on Discounts.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Discount Codes.

Step 3: Choose an existing discount, then click the three-dot menu.

Step 4: Click the Delete option from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear, where you can cancel the action or proceed by clicking the “Yes, Confirm” button.
