Edit an Existing Access Level

Overview: 

Editing an existing access level allows you to update its permissions and settings to match current role requirements. This ensures that users assigned to that access level have the appropriate access within the system.

Follow these steps to edit an existing access level: 

Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.

Step 4: Click on Access Levels (Permissions) to continue.

Step 6: Select an access level, then click the three-dot menu. From the pop-up menu, click Edit.

Step 8: You will then be taken to the Users/Teams Access Levels settings, where you can change the access level name and description, as well as update access levels for specific sections.

Step 9: Once all is set, click Save to apply the changes.
