Overview:
Editing an existing discount allows you to update its details, such as value, conditions, or eligibility. This helps you adjust promotions as needed to align with marketing strategies and ensure accurate application to customers.
Follow these steps to edit an existing discount:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section and click on Discounts.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Discount Codes.
Step 3: Choose an existing discount, then click the three-dot menu.
Step 4: Click the Edit option from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: You will then be navigated to a new page where you can configure your discount. You can edit the discount details, configuration, and conditions.
