Overview:
Editing the discount general information allows you to update core details of a discount, such as its name, description, type, or value. This ensures the discount remains accurate, clear, and aligned with your promotional strategy.
Follow these steps to edit the discount general information:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section and click on Discounts.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Discount Codes.
Step 3: Choose an existing discount, then click the three-dot menu.
Step 4: Click the Edit option from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: You will then be navigated to a new page where you can configure your discount.
Step 6: Click on the three-dot menu to proceed.
Step 7: Select the Edit General Information option from the dropdown menu.
Step 8: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose a valid region, update the code and amount, and enter a description.
Step 9: Click the Save and Close button to apply the changes.
Step 10: A pop-up notification will appear, confirming that the discount has been updated successfully.
