Overview:
Email integration allows you to connect your email service to the system for sending and receiving messages directly within the platform. This helps streamline communication, improve tracking, and ensure that all email interactions are managed in one place.
Follow these steps to set up email integration:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Integrations to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Integrations section.
Step 5: You will find an option for Mailgun. Toggle it on or off depending on your needs.
Step 6: Once enabled, key fields such as API Key and API Secret will appear. Click the pencil icon to add the keys for your selected Mailgun account.
Step 7: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter your Domain Name and Mailgun Key. Click Authenticate Keys to verify your email API connection.
Step 8: Once everything is set and verified, click Done to save and apply the changes.
