Overview:
Facebook App integration allows you to connect your Facebook account or app with the system to manage interactions, messages, and related data. This helps streamline social media communication, improve engagement, and keep all interactions organized within a single platform.
Follow these steps to set up Facebook App integration:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Integrations to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Integrations section.
Step 5: To connect your Facebook account, click the Connect Facebook Pages button.
Step 6: A pop-up window will appear asking you to log in to your Facebook account if you are not already logged in. If you are, simply click Continue as Your Facebook Name. Once connected, chats can flow both ways—from Facebook to the CRM and from the CRM to Facebook.
