Accessing Messages

Overview:

The Messages section is where all communications with your customers are tracked and managed within Deposyt. This area allows you to view, send, and respond to conversations across your connected communication channels in one centralized place.

From the Messages section, you can monitor customer interactions, follow up on inquiries, and keep a complete record of your communication history. This helps ensure that no message is missed and that your team can respond to customers efficiently.

Follow these steps to access Messages:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Messages tab under the Communications section.

Step 2: You are now navigated to the Messages Section, which refers to the area where all communications with customers are tracked and managed.
