Adding a New Contact

Overview: 
To add a new contact, click the add button, enter the contact’s details, and save. This helps you keep your contact list up-to-date and organized for easy management.

Follow these steps to add a new contact: 

Step 1: On your dashboard, click the Contacts tab under the Customers section.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the Contacts.

Step 3: Click + Add Contacts to proceed.

Step 4: You will be taken to a new page where you can enter the basic information for your new contact. 
Step 4: You will then be navigated to a new page, where you can enter all the basic information for your new contact.
Step 5: Click on Pipeline/Stage to place your new contact into a specific pipeline and stage for proper tracking and management.

Step 6: In this section, you need to provide details like the contact’s name, email address, phone number, company, and any other relevant information to create a complete contact record.

Step 7: Once you have entered all the details in their data fields, click ‘Save’ to create your new contact.

Step 8: You will be redirected to the main Contacts page, with a pop-up confirming that your new contact has been successfully created.
