Overview:
The Add Intro Video feature lets you attach a short introduction video to a video call link. This helps provide context or a personal welcome to participants before the meeting begins.
Follow these steps to add an intro video to a video call link:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Sell Live tab under the Communications section.
Step 2: Click on the “+ Create Video Call’ button.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear. From here, you can enter the Video Call Title, choose to create it now or schedule it for later, select a specific customer, enable the waiting room, and turn on the ‘Require Data Privacy & Consent During Join’ option.
Step 4: From here, you can add your Intro Video. Click on the Add Video button.
Step 5: You will now have options to browse your files, enter a YouTube or Vimeo link, provide a link URL, or record your own video.
Step 6: This feature lets you quickly send a message or email and easily create and send booking invites.
Step 7: You can also require participants to watch the full intro video and enable the ‘Require Data Privacy & Consent During Join’ option. Then, click the Invite button to create the video call link.
