Overview:
The Archive Messages feature lets you move messages out of your main inbox without deleting them. This helps keep your inbox organized while preserving important conversations for future reference.
Follow these steps to archive messages:
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module,
Step 2: Hover over a message conversation, then click the three-dots button,
Step 3: Then, click the Archive Chat button.
