Bulk Assigning a User to Contacts

Overview: 

To bulk assign a user, select multiple contacts and choose the user you want to assign them to. This is useful for quickly delegating responsibilities and managing your team’s workload efficiently.

Follow these steps to bulk assign a user to contacts:

Step 1: On your dashboard, click the Contacts tab under the Customers section.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the Contacts.

Step 3: Click the Select All checkbox to select all contacts at once.

Step 4: Or manually select specific contacts by clicking the checkboxes next to their names.

Step 5: Click on Assign To User to proceed.

Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to configure the action. From here, you can select a user and add a note if needed. You can also view the total number of selected call history entries.

Step 7: Click the Search Assign User dropdown menu to display all available users.

Step 8: Select one or more users as needed.

Step 9: Click on Done to proceed with the assignment. This will apply the selected user(s) to the chosen contacts.
