Overview:
The Messages module allows you to access conversations that have been archived. Archived messages are stored separately from active conversations but can still be viewed whenever needed. Using the Archived filter helps you quickly locate and review these past messages.
Follow the steps below to check all archived messages:
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module
Step 2: Then click on the Archived button to filter all archived messages.
