The Facebook filter allows you to quickly view all conversations coming from your connected Facebook account. This helps you manage and respond to Facebook messages directly from the Messages module.
Follow the steps below to view Facebook messages in the Messages module.
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.
Step 2: Then click on the Facebook button to filter all Facebook messages.
