Overview
The Failed Messages filter allows you to quickly see messages that were not successfully delivered to customers. Reviewing this section helps you identify delivery issues and take action if a message needs to be resent.
Follow the steps below to view all failed messages in the Messages module
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.
Step 2: Click the dropdown button to see the other options
Step 3: Then, click on the Failed Messages button to filter all failed messages.
