Overview
The Messages module allows you to quickly view all unread conversations so you can easily identify messages that still need attention. By using the Unread filter, you can instantly see which contacts have sent new messages that have not yet been opened or responded to.
Follow the steps below to check all unread messages:
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.
Step 2: Then click on the Unread button to filter all unread messages.
