Creating a Scheduled Video Call Link

Overview: 
The Scheduled Video Call feature lets you set up a video call for a specific date and time. This helps participants plan ahead and ensures meetings start on schedule.

Follow these steps to create a scheduled video call link:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Sell Live tab under the Communications section.

Step 2: Click on the ‘+ Create Video Call’ button.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear. From here, you can enter the Video Call Title.

Step 4: To schedule the video call, click on the Schedule toggle button.

Step 7: You can then choose a specific customer, enable the waiting room, require participants to watch the full intro video, and enable the ‘Require Data Privacy & Consent During Join’ option.

Step 8: Finally, click the Invite button to create the video call link.
