Exporting the Call Log

Overview: 

To export the Call Log, select the calls you want, then choose the export option to download them to a file. This helps you back up call data, share records, or analyze call activity outside the system efficiently.

Follow these steps to export the Call Log:

Step 1: Click on Call Log

Step 2: You will be navigated to the Call Log.

Step 3: To export your call history, select the checkbox next to the call(s) you want to export. You can choose a single call or multiple calls at once.

Step 4: Click on the Export button to proceed.

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear, showing the number of calls selected for export.

Step 6: Click Export Selected to export the chosen call history.

Step 7: A new pop-up window will appear. Select the data fields you want to include in the export by clicking their corresponding checkboxes.

Step 8: Click Export to start the export process. This will generate a file with the selected data fields from your call history.

Step 9: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select the folder where you want to save your CSV file. This enables you to store the data for future use or import it into other systems when needed.
